Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
Certain items, such as custom, personalized, or clearance products, may not be eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll make it right at no extra cost to you.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us.
How to Start a Return
